About us: Basic Maintenance Supply Inc is a full line distributor of carpet cleaning equipment, carpet cleaning machines, floor buffer equipment and supplies for the professional carpet cleaner, janitorial service, auto detailer, home cleaning professional, business owner, food service operator, hospitality manager and home owner. We pride ourselves on asking the right questions to assure you receive the proper unit to fill your needs. We have sold carpet cleaning equipment and floor care equipment and supplies throughout the world. We carry a full line of carpet cleaning machines, equipment and floor buffing and care equipment. We are physically located in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and have been business since 1987. We are proud members of the Eastern Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau. Great engineering and forward thinking have always been the force behind the Galaxy extractors. Life's little decisions just got a whole lot easier ! You can purchase any Galaxy with out heat and if you change your mind, no problem. Simply order our exclusive new external heater, and away you go. Placing the heater on the outside of the machine insures that everything on the inside runs cooler, extending the life of the vacuum and pump motors. When an internally heated extractor has problems with its heater, and most of the time that is what happens if something were to go wrong, the machine must go into the shop or be fixed before it could be used again. With the new Galaxy system the heater fits snugly onto the extractor but if something were to happen to it the Heat N' Run could be taken off the extractor within minutes and the extractor could be used with out the heater. What does that mean for you ? You are not down for more than a couple of minutes if something were to happen to your heater. You don't loose business and you keep making money ! Anyway you look at it, the heat ready galaxy offers the ultimate in convenience and flexibility.

All the machines with the external heater are have 2 cords because the machine has one cord and the heater has another. In situations were you can only plug one cord in you don't have to use the heater unit.
